At AZNORTH Hospitality, we design "above and beyond" custom-tailored property management services that make your life as a second-home owner completely hassle-free, relaxing and very aesthetic... just come home and relax!!

After we furnish your Flagstaff vacation home beautifully and completely, we keep working for you. In preparation for your arrival, we clean it to impeccable standards, put fresh linens on the beds, water plants, air out the house, adjust blinds, and adjust thermostats.

Just turn your key and unwind.

Personal touches can be as varied and unique as you want. Residents have often requested that a few things be in place before their arrival. For example, we are happy to:

• Stock groceries and/or specialty foods
• Stock beverages
• Provide seasonal fresh fruit baskets
• Have meals pre-made and ready for serving upon arrival
• Remove personal effects from your storage closet and arrange them as you wish in your residence; i.e. photos, art, knick knacks, etc.
• Provide fresh flowers/ floral arrangements (seasonal themes)
• We will happily respond to any special requests you may have.

We care for the exterior of your home with the same professionalism, courtesy and attention to beauty as we do your home's interior. You can expect:

• Beautiful eco-friendly landscaping and irrigation
• Regular mowing, edging, freshening of garden beds (in season)
• Prompt snow removal (in season)
• Clean lawn furniture
• Pest control
• Clean gutters
• Grills inspected and propane tanks checked
• Regular pick up of any debris

We also regularly maintain, replace and upgrade all appliances, floors and fixtures.

Property Administration

AZNORTH Hospitality is also your property administrator. We pay all your utility bills. If you own the property fractionally, we'll manage the scheduling among co-owners. We will manage the possibility of making your property available for your spontaneous use. If you cannot use your scheduled time, you can rent it yourself or put the property into our rental pool and actually make money on your vacation home!
